A well-maintained rig is critical for both safety and sailing performance. Our experienced shipwrights carry out thorough inspections, repairs and full replacements on all types of rigging systems.

From a broken shroud to a complete re-rig, we work with all vessel types and rigging configurations. We stock and fabricate stainless steel fittings to order, and can source mast and boom sections from leading suppliers.

Based at the Kettering waterfront, we're well-placed to service vessels across the D'Entrecasteaux Channel, Huon Valley and greater Tasmania.

Standing Rigging

Inspection, repair and replacement of stays, shrouds, forestays and backstays. We work with wire, rod and Dyneema systems.

Running Rigging

Halyards, sheets, control lines and blocks. We source quality running rigging from leading marine brands and can advise on upgrades.

Mast & Boom Work

Repair, modification and replacement of aluminium and timber masts and booms. Step and unstep services available at our facility.

Stainless Fabrication

Custom stainless steel chainplates, toggles, terminals and deck hardware fabricated and fitted to your vessel's specifications.

Rig Inspection

Full rig inspection reports for insurance, survey or peace of mind. We check every component from the masthead to the chainplates.

Furling Systems

Supply, installation and servicing of headsail and main furling systems. Reefing systems and associated deck hardware.
